Faction GuideKeepers of TimeThe Keepers of Time are a faction of the Bronze Dragonflight TW charged with maintaining the smooth running of time. They are based in the Caverns of Time AHTW. They are presently working to protect the timeline from incursions by the Infinite Dragonflight W, who are seeking to change vital events in the past to their own advantage. The quartermaster for the Keepers of Time is Alurmi AHTW, who offers a wide range of items to adventurers with suitable reputation. Not the least of these is the recipe for the Flask of Supreme Power AHTW, available only at Exalted. For a raider, though, the most important reputation level is Revered, when the Key of Time becomes available. This is the key that will unlock Heroic mode in each of the timeway instances leading out from the Caverns of Time.
Note: Some sources indicate that you must be Revered with this faction to even enter the final timeway, leading to the Battle of Mount Hyjal. This may be correct, but it's unclear at present what this claim is based on. The Mount Hyjal timeway does specify that it requires Friendly with the Scale of the Sands faction, but there's no equivalent warning about the Keepers of Time. Gaining ReputationGaining reputation with the Keepers of Time is a simple business: you just need to repeatedly run through the first two instances in the Caverns of Time. Not only will you receive faction points for mobs killed inside the instances, but you'll also receive a healthy boost for completing either the first time. In addition, repeated completions of the Black Morass AHTW quest, The Opening of the Dark Porta, earn 1000 faction points a time. Related GuidesExternal Links |
