Sporeggar

The native people of Zangarmarsh are the sporelings^W, who are essentially a species of talking fungus. Their main base is at the town of Sporeggar^W, in the far western reaches of the marsh.

The Sporeggar faction rewards are rather limited, and do not include anything needed for raiding purposes. They will mainly be of interest to alchemists, as they provide the recipes for a primal transmute (Earth to Water^AHT, at Revered) and a funky Shrouding Potion^AHTW, at Exalted.

Gaining Reputation

Unfriendly to Friendly

Kill Bog Giants^W of various types
Collect Bog Lord Tendrils^AHTW, and hand them in (in sets of six) to Fahssn, who can be found east of the Spawning Glen^W.
Collect Mature Spore Sacs, and hand them in (in sets of ten). Fahssn also collects these.
From Neutral on, start to collect Glowcap^AHTW mushrooms. These are collected in sets of ten by a sporeling named Msshi'fn^AHT in Sporeggar itself.
Also from Neutral, start to collect Fertile Spores, and hand those in sets of ten to Gshaff^AHT, also in Sporeggar.

Friendly to Exalted

Kill more Bog Giants. This continues to build faction until you reach Revered.
Continue to collect and hand in Fertile Spores (the other hand-in quests will no longer be available after Friendly, but it is still worth collecting Glowcaps as currency).
Collect Sanguine Hibiscus^AHT from various trash mobs in the Underbog^AHTW, and hand them in to Gzhun'tt^AHT in Sporeggar (his quest is called Bring Me a Shrubbery!^HTW).
Pick up Gzhun'tt's quest Now That We're Friends...^HT. He'll ask you kill twelve Bloodscale Slavedrivers^AHT and twelve Bloodscale Enchantresses^AHT. These are naga that can be found in the swamp a little to the north of Sporeggar. The quest is repeatable as Now That We're Still Friends...^AHTW, so you can continue to pick it up and slay naga to build reputation.
Two instance quests are available inside Sporeggar: Oh, It's On!^AHT (from T'shu^AHT) and Stalk the Stalker^AHTW (from Khn'nix^AHT). These involve killing the first and last bosses in the Underbog, respectively. It's best to save these until you reach Honored to maximise their usefulness.
