Hellfire Citadel (Heroic)

Acces to the Heroic level for the three Hellfire instances is provided by the Flamewrought Key ^AHTW. With that key in your possession, you can look forward to high-level adventuring in these instances:

• Hellfire Ramparts ^AHTW
• The Blood Furnace ^AHTW
• The Shattered Halls ^AHTW (but note that you will still need the Shattered Halls Key to enter this instance)

Note that, to activate Heroic mode, all members of a party must be carrying the key.

To collect your Flamewrought Key, you'll first need to reach Revered with the Honor Hold faction. Once you've achieved enough trust with that faction, Logistics Officer Ulrike ^AHTW at Honor Hold will sell you the key you need, for the price of 10g.

Completing the Shattered Halls on Heroic mode is one of the many challenges on the road to Kael'thas ^W in the Tempest Keep Eye. So, you'll need to acquire a Flamewrought Key if you want to progress to the end-game content of the Burning Crusade.
