Before you can start using the Raid Scheduler, it will first need to collect your character details from your profile. The system has checked your profile, but could not find any matching character details there. Most likely, you just need to update your profile with your character details. Click the link below, and add your main and alts in the 'Characters' section at the bottom.
If you're sure that your profile lists all your characters correctly, but you're still seeing this message, contact a Generations officer for help.
